General Info

How many different Dojo Watches are there?
We are currently have 15 different color watches bands and 25 different faces for a total of 375 color combinations. We are adding new colors & faces all the time. ;-)
What does Dojo do for the charities?
Dojo donates 10 percent of our annual profits evenly to the organizations listed. Some colors watches or color combinations may have a specific charity associated with them. Additionally, we participate in joint marketing campaigns through social media to raise awareness for causes we care deeply about. Our hope is that social good comes with you and each and every person that purchases a Dojo watch. Tell your friends about Dojo and see if your favorite Charities want to work with us!
Are Dojo watches water resistant?
Yes! All of our watches are water resistant which means you can get your Dojo watch wet, however they are not designed to be completely submerged under water.
How do you change the bands/faces of the watches?
One great thing about Dojo watches is that they are interchangeable. You can mix & match bands and faces to make unique and cool color combinations. It is quite simple to change out the face or band of the watch. To change: hold the watch with one hand, pull gently on the other end of the silicone band - do this with both sides being CAREFUL around the metal winder. You can then put in ANY other color Dojo Watch face into the band. Face plates are changed in the same fashion-you will be able to fit the face into the middle. If it does not appear properly fit simply pull on the rubber band on the side closet to the face and adjust accordingly.
How long does the battery last?
The battery life should last approximately 1 year.
If the battery dies, how do I change it?
To change the battery, the process is quite simple. Remove the face of the watch out of the band, turn it upside down, then simply unscrew the back plate with a small screwdriver. Remove the back piece and then you will see the battery inside the watch. Simply replace the battery with a standard watch battery.
How do I set my watch?
To set the time on your watch, pull the metal crown on the right side of the watch outward until you hear it click. Rotate the crown back and forth to move the watch hands into the proper position. Press the crown back in until you hear it lock. You will see the second hand start to move when you've returned the crown into the proper position. Please don't forget to push in the crown. You don't want to expose your watch to water and moisture. Your new Dojo watch is now ready to wear.
Are your watches Unisex? Will the watches fit me?
Dojo watches are ALL unisex. 1 size fits most for both men/women/children.
I want to sell your watches - Do you guys sell wholesale?
We offer wholesale pricing as well as distributor pricing if you are looking to buy a large quantity of our Dojo watches. How big are the watches?
The watch is able to open anywhere from 1.75 inches in diameter to as large as 3 inches in diameter. The Dojo Watch band is about an inch wide and the face is a full 2 inches, making it a loud statement on the wrist! The band will fit up to a 7 inch wrist.
How much do the watches weigh?
The total weight of the watch is only 45g!

Ordering

How do I place an order?
The ordering process is quick and easy. Simply click on the "Store" tab and search through the different products, fun packs and gift cards we have to offer. Once you select the products you want, click "Add to cart". If you want to continue shopping for more products, simply click "Continue Shopping". When you are done shopping click "Proceed to Checkout". Once there, enter your billing and shipping details and click "Submit". Then it is time to enjoy your new Dojo gear!
Can I change my order after it is placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed we are unable to change any changes to the items in your cart.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
If your order has not been shipped you may cancel it at any time. If your order has been shipped you will need to return it for a full refund.
You may cancel your order by emailing hello@do.jo. Please include your name, mailing address, order number and a return email address. 
Does Dojo charge sales tax?
Since Dojo Watches are based in Washington, state law requires that we charge sales tax on orders shipped to customers residing in Washington. To customers residing in states other than Washington please be aware that, if applicable, the taxing authorities in your state may charge you a "use" tax on your out-of-state internet and/or catalog purchases. While it is not the responsibility of Dojo Watches to charge or collect this "use" tax from you at this time, we are alerting our customers regarding this possibility as a courtesy. If you require further information on this issue, we suggest you contact the tax authorities in your state directly.
What is Dojo's pricing policy?
Dojo reserves the right to change prices at any time. Please visit our site frequently for updates.
Do promo codes expire?
The promo codes are only valid during the indicated period. They can be used to place an order or make a reservation.
Do the gift cards expire?
The gift cards do not expire and can be used at any time to place an order or make a reservation.
How do I pay?
Dojo accepts the following for payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal & Bitcoin
What is "Back-Order" or "Pre-Order"?
A back-order is a way for you to order watches that are out of stock. We will charge your card for the watch, and notify you once your order is shipped.
A pre-order is a way for you to order watches that are new designs and not yet manufactured. We will charge your card for the watch, and notify you once your order is shipped.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within the USA is a flat fee of $6 per order (we don't believe in high shipping costs). International shipping rates are a flat rate of $12 shipping and handling. For all orders over $100 we offer FREE shipping. ;-).
How long does it take to process my order?
New orders placed before noon PST are typically processed within 1 business day of the original purchase date. Orders placed on a release date (Date New Items are Released) may take up to 3 business days to be processed.
How do I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and confirmation that your order is on it's way. We ship most orders USPS (United States Postal Service). When you receive the tracking number, go onto USPS.com and ENTER your tracking number. It normally takes 1 to 2 business days for tracking to begin working. International tracking numbers only work in the beginning of a shipment. Once the packaged leaves the USA, tracking is unavailable.
Can I change my address after my order is placed?
As long as your order is still processing you may email hello@do.jo your change of address.
Do you cover tax/tariffs/duties/fees when shipping to other countries?
If you are shipping your order to a country outside of the United States, you are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to any applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with importing products into that country. These laws and fees can change at any time and we recommend that you check with the appropriate customs offices before placing an order on http://do.jo. Dojo will not add any of these fees to your order before checkout and will not reimburse you for any portion of the price of merchandise purchased, cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.

Warranty & Returns

How long is my watch covered under the limited warranty?
90 days from the original date of purchase.
What if my products arrives broken?
>Email us a picture or video confirming the broken item (front & back - with serical number) to hello@do.jo and we will ship you a replacement free of charge right away.
I lost my watch. It fell off my arm at (insert place here). Can you send me a new one for free because I think it was defective?
We're truly sorry for your loss, but we do not cover lost or stolen goods.
